How does payment work?

Start your free 7-day trial by signing up for a Hello Pro yearly plan. There’s no obligation to stay subscribed, and you'll only be charged on the day the free 7-day trial ends. Subscribe to Pro, learn as much and as often as you like, and you have the option to cancel any time before the end of your free 7-day trial has passed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can. You can cancel up until one day before the next payment is due. You can still learn with EF Hello Pro for the rest of your current subscription period.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, EF Hello subscriptions are automatically renewed after each billing period. It depends on the subscription type you've chosen - 6-monthly, annuallym or lifetime. Please, note that cancelling the subscription turns off the auto-renew and ends the current subscription cycle. It is not done immediately and does not provide a refund.

Is there a cancellation period?

EF Hello subscriptions are auto-renewable. To deactivate the auto renewal, the subscription needs to be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You will be able to use all premium features in the app despite cancelling the subscription till the end of term.
